Los Angeles, Jan 29 (EFE).- Actress Sarah Shahi, star of the television series "Fairly Legal," adds a feminine touch to the testosterone of "Bullet to the Head," Sylvester Stallone's new action film.

"Acting with him was one of those moments in life that I will always remember and will say 'Wow! I played Stallone's daughter!' He's a generous, cooperative guy on the set," Shahi said in an interview with Efe.

Shahi, the 33-year-old daughter of a Spanish mother and an Iranian father, plays Lisa, whose kidnapping forces Stallone, in his role as a killer-for-hire, to undertake a mission to save her and at the same time avenge the death of his partner.

This is the first film in 10 years directed by action-picture specialist Walter Hill ("48 Hours," "The Warriors," "Red Heat"), with a cast that includes Sung Kang, Christian Slater and Jason Momoa.

"Walter is wonderful. For him, less is more while shooting. He's an old-school man of few words. He only gives orders when he deems it necessary. He likes his actors and loves what he does," the actriz said laughingly.

For Shahi, who grew up in Texas and became a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys before going on to a career in Hollywood, "Bullet to the Head" is her most ambitious movie to date.
