Tripoli, Feb 17 (EFE).- At least two people were killed and more than 20 wounded when a shell fell on a civilian area in the southern Libyan town of Mansheya, security officials told EFE on Wednesday.
The shell landed on Tuesday midnight when citizens were celebrating the fifth anniversary of the "February 17 Revolution", which ousted Muammar Gaddafi, the officials added.
Libya is a victim of civil war and chaos since the fall of Gaddafi in October 2011.
